- Which products are available?
- Kira Takip (residential / long-term) and Apart Portal (short-stay / apart hotel) are live. AVM Portal for commercial real estate is under development.
- Are my data safe?
- Connections are encrypted with SSL. Our KVKK data-processing and privacy policies are published.
- Is there a mobile app?
- Yes. iOS and Android apps are available. You can also download the Windows desktop app from the /desktop page.
- How do cancellation and refunds work?

- Are withholding and TÜFE calculators legal advice?
